Terms and Conditions

AG Gowns by Small Towne Events & More Terms and Conditions:

• All Dress Sales are final.  No returns will be accepted. 
• We accept the right to refuse any item for consignment.
• Only on non-consigned items there is a 30 day return policy.
• We are allowed the right to refuse service to anyone presenting unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying etc.
• A contract for services by Small Towne Events & More will be required along with a deposit. 
• Due to the Covid Pandemic if an event that has been previously scheduled is cancelled Small Towne Events & More requires a % of service regardless of its said completion.
